FIFA Club World Cup 2023: Flamengo Squad

The 19th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup will take place from 1-11 February 2023, in Morocco. The current Copa Libertadores champions Flamengo will represent South America (CONMEBOL) region among 5 other continental champions and the host nation’s league champions.

The Brazilian club Flamengo beat the fellow Brazilian side Atletico Paranaense by a 1-0 goal to win the 2022 Copa Libertadores. It was their third title in the competition. 

Flamengo appeared in the FIFA Club World Cup once before, in 2019. This year, it will be their second appearance in this annual club competition. As the CONMEBOL representatives, Flamengo will get a bye to the semi-finals in this competition.
